iProsperity is a composite investment group dedicated to offering financial and strategic advice to leading enterprises, real estate development, and telecommunication operations that cover multiple cities and industries.
iProsperity has grown exponentially in recent years and outgrew their existing Level 19 office space which IPDA completed in 2014 -2015.
Following this, iProsperity asked us to undertake a new premium fit-out for their rapidly expanding business on Level 22.
The brief for Level 22 was to design and deliver a working environment that facilitated and encouraged flexible working and collaborative teamwork, while taking their fitout to the ‘next level’ with premium inclusions.
The finished project includes a front-of-house area that includes a client lounge, bar and coffee station with formal and informal meeting rooms, discussion rooms, and a 20 person boardroom – reflecting a polished clean and professional environment to meet, greet and conduct business with their clients.
The rest of the floor consists of a central breakout area for employees, surrounded by offices and an open plan environment that features a iProsperity project display suite of a new 660 unit project.
