He has over 30 years of managing commercial interior and design projects across New South Wales.

Working closely with Chris Panayiotou, he has delivered high quality commercial interior fitouts for many organisations across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane, while also project managing residential property developments throughout Sydney.

Bruce works closely with each client over the course of their project to achieve a successful completion.

Bruce’s personable nature and sense of fun, combined with his attention to detail and ability to foresee issues in a project instill confidence into those he works with and for. His hands-on approach to each project means that every client gets personal attention and the knowledge that their project will be seen through to a successful conclusion.

Chris Panayiotou combines a wealth of experience in design and construction with an astute and humorous approach to managing projects and people.

Chris has over 35 years’ experience in construction management, property development and commercial interiors in Australia.

Chris’ business acumen and experience in development and construction ensures all projects will run smoothly, operate efficiently and will be delivered on time and within budget. He has managed large teams of tradesman effectively for the successful delivery of design and construction projects to clients.

Together with Bruce Purser, he has delivered high quality commercial interior fitouts for many organisations across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane, while also project managing residential property developments throughout Sydney.

His expertise to foresee issues, plan for them and successfully manage each issue quickly and efficiently makes him a respected and in-demand member of the industry.
