IPDA was engaged by RAM Group Pty Ltd to refurbish a seven-storey, 6,600 sqm office building in the Burwood CBD.
Vacated by all tenants, the $13 million project involved a complete strip-out of existing office spaces and services. The next stage was the supply and installation of new building services, ceilings, floor finishes, bathrooms. The scope also included a ground-floor lobby, and sub-tenancy suites and the provision of additional car parking and a loading dock.
Working closely with Urban Link Architects and services consultants Services 4 Buildings Pty Ltd, the project was completed within an 18-month timeframe.
