IPDA was recently awarded the refurbishment of Balmain NB’s new office premises within the Deutsche Bank Building on Phillip Street, Sydney.
Following Balmain NB’s lease acquisition of approximately 1,444m² of existing fitted office space, IPDA collaborated closely with Hammond Group to transform the workplace into a refined and sophisticated corporate environment.
The brief called for the complete upscaling of the tenancy to create a workspace that is visually impressive, reflects the company’s mature and established culture, and reinforces the strength of the Balmain NB brand through exceptional attention to detail and material selection.
The completed fitout features extensive solid timber veneer wall panelling, premium Italian stone surfaces, timber flooring, and rich earthy-toned carpets. These elements combine to create a warm, elegant, and highly functional workplace that balances professionalism with contemporary design.
The result is a distinctive workplace environment that delivers both visual impact and operational excellence while reflecting Balmain NB’s established market presence and corporate identity.
