iProsperity is a composite investment group dedicated to offering financial and strategic advice to leading enterprises, real estate development, and telecommunication operations that cover multiple cities and industries.
The brief was to design and deliver a working environment that facilitated and encouraged flexible working and collaborative teamwork, while taking their fitout to the ‘next level’ with premium inclusions.
The finished project includes a front-of-house area that includes a client lounge, bar and coffee station with formal and informal meeting rooms, discussion rooms, and a 20 person boardroom – reflecting a polished clean and professional environment to meet, greet and conduct business with their clients.
The rest of the floor consists of a central breakout area for employees, surrounded by offices and an open plan environment.
