This fit out was multi-dimensional as it involved a new plant room, equipment and cool rooms and the installation of a fully functioning laboratory on a separate level in the office building – all of which had be planned and executed within an existing, operational commercial office building in Sydney CBD.
We worked with Racing NSW and designers DTB Architects to create a space with the right technical capability, while also catering for laboratory staff to have the right equipment and set up to work side-by-side with the office team members.
It was a first for IPDA to be involved in such technicalities, but the results are amazing with the office operating alongside the cool rooms, plant rooms and laboratory.
